SOSSA operates as a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization in accordance with its governing documents and the policies of the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA).

AGM & Executive Committee Meetings
SOSSA conducts its Annual General Meeting (AGM) annually in June. The Board of Directors meets a minimum of three times per year to provide governance oversight and operational direction.
